Schiaparelli Opens the Doors to its New Expanded Boutique at Harrods

Schiaparelli has opened the doors to a significantly expanded and relocated boutique within London’s prestigious Harrods department store. Marking a pivotal moment in the brand’s UK presence, the new space on the first floor is set to offer an even more immersive experience.

Having initially established its successful British flagship at Harrods in early 2023, Schiaparelli has now doubled its footprint, signifying a robust commitment to the London market. The move to a prime location on the first floor, dedicated to luxury womenswear, underscores the Maison’s ambition to blend its rich history with contemporary artistry, heritage, and unique design.

The Maison’s new flagship at Harrods is a stunning collaboration between Schiaparelli Creative Director Daniel Roseberry and the renowned architecture agency Halleroed. Spanning 222 square meters (approximately 2,390 sq ft), this unique space artfully blends the brand’s most iconic historical elements. It particularly draws inspiration from the surrealist and theatrical themes born from Elsa Schiaparelli’s groundbreaking work with Salvador Dalí, her collaborations with designer Jean-Michel Frank, and the Maison’s signature fusion of whimsical sophistication and authentic French elegance.

Visitors can expect to explore three distinct rooms showcasing the latest Spring-Summer 2025 ready-to-wear collection, where Creative Director Daniel Roseberry continues to invent an essential wardrobe with his couture approach. The brand’s much-coveted “Iconics” range, featuring signature designs and playful anatomical references, is also prominently displayed.

Adding a touch of theatricality and surrealism, jewellery pieces are presented within an eye-catching marble bathtub, filled with an array of dazzling creations – a direct nod to Elsa Schiaparelli’s revolutionary and often whimsical vision. A dedicated room for footwear and accessories further completes the offering, ensuring a comprehensive display of the Maison’s universe.

Schiaparelli’s presence at Harrods has been a strategic move, catering to a strong demand from British customers for its unique blend of avant-garde elegance and wearable art. From its statement accessories, like the best-selling Secret and Face handbags available in a wide range of colourways and fabrics, to its impeccably tailored ready-to-wear pieces, the boutique is poised to become a destination for those seeking to embrace the distinctive flair of Schiaparelli.
