This springs brings together George Cox & Red Or Dead for a unique footwear collaboration available exclusively at Schuh.
Three classic gents shoes have been given an edgy street style makeover from the originator of the creeper George Cox, recognised for his designs synonymous to key street trends such as ‘The Teddy Boy’ and ‘Mods’. Through the years he has gained fans such as Vivienne Westwood and to this day is still recognised as one of the iconic and original footwear brands about town.
The whole collection is handmade with prices ranging from £220 – £235. A focus was put on premium quality, tradition and distinctiveness as Schuh’s gents buyer James Datlen explains: Distinctiveness, tradition and premium quality was the focus of the collection as Schuh’s gent’s buyer James Datlen explains: “George Cox was a brand we always wanted Red or Dead to work with. They both try to create interesting products, striving to instil everything they do with a sense of authentic individuality and home-grown creativity.”
The collection was definitely designed with the daring gentleman in mind and would add a powerful punch to an ordinary look, with just the right amount of detail and great quality.
The collection will be available from selected Schuh stores and online from April 2013.
