PAUSE catches up our previous cover star Bluey Robinson during his shoot for Mossimo AW14.
It’s been a year since PAUSE caught up with you; what’s been you’re favourite achievement from then until now?
Definitely the partnership with Mossimo. But there have been a lot of highlights. When I met Jackie Chan: I keep telling everyone about this, but I got to interview him which was really cool! It’s been a year of great new adventures. You’ve got to enjoy the journey. Before I was always aiming for something, but not enjoying the journey. Now I’m going with the flow and having a lot more fun.
Tell us about Mossimo. How did the collaboration come about?
Well in a nutshell they contacted me, they liked me, and I liked them, and the rest is history! When I first heard about it, initially I was like ‘me? Really?’. But sometimes you just have to step into the unknown and go with it, and it’s been a fun learning curve.
What’s your favourite look from the collection?
I’d say the tops. There are a lot of hoodies in the new collection; they are chilled and casual, with nice original prints on them which are unique to Mossimo.
Is there anything you would be caught in a selfie wearing more than 10 times!? (That’s kind of a big deal!)
Probably not, no. I’d say 3 or 4 maximum. In this day and age this kind of thing seems to matter, it’s just the way it is!
