Mixing genders and clothing cultures.
Avoc is a Parisian brand established in 2013 by Laura Do and Bastien Laurent. They wanted to create a pop streetwear brand that would produce inclusive fashion for a gender-neutral future. Titled ”Hunting Happiness”, the collection presents worked streetwear, shirts without collars and unisex pieces. The AVOC logo is often visible on the garments. The designers behind this cool Parisian brand tried to mix tailoring with more sporty and a bit edgy influences. To describe the collection, the duo said: ”We don’t want to stop at the clichés of a sporty and urban silhouette, we want to build it up a bit. We imagine it with a tracksuit, worn with a suit coat, we want to raise it a little, while giving it detail, while keeping it accessible and wearable.”
