Valentine’s day is just around the corner, here at PAUSE we took to the streets of Shoreditch to catch up with some girls to see what makes a guy sexy, what underwear they should be wearing and the dreaded question, who should be paying for the bill at the end of the date?

It depends if I asked someone on a date I would pay but if a guy asked me on the date he has to pay

My style is very simple, I like black and basic bits.

Surfer and skater. Long hair and tattoos are very sexy too.

My style is definitely a mixture of streetwear with fashionably ugly clothing.
What do you find sexy on a guy?
I currently have a boyfriend and I really like his look, I like guys who are into the same style of clothing as me and he needs to know how to dress for sure.
What type of underwear do you prefer on a guy?
With underwear, he should be wearing boxers.
If you’re on a date would you let the guy pay or would you pay?
On a date, the first time round I think the guy should pay but after that, we’ll either split it or take it in turns.

I dress boyish. Yeah, boyish and comfortable. I don’t like clothes that are too tight, I want to be able to just run and be comfy.
What do you find sexy on a guy?
I have a boyfriend and he is so caring and lovely and that’s what I like to see in a guy, my boyfriend has long dreads so I love long hair on guys.
What type of underwear do you prefer on a guy?
Underwear, none.
If you’re on a date would you let the guy pay or would you pay?
I think it’s a difficult one nowadays, I always bring my own money just incase but if he wants to pay he can pay.

I’m really into streetwear and men’s clothing.
What do you find sexy on a guy?
I currently have a boyfriend and I really like the clothes he wears and that is important to me because at the end of the day it is how you express yourself. I don’t have a type of guy but how they present themselves is really important.
What type of underwear do you prefer on a guy?
I really like a guy to be wearing Calvin Klein boxers.

When it comes to dates I think you should split the bill.

I like wearing tomboyish clothing and really casual. I usually contrast my looks with tight tops and then baggy trousers.
What do you find sexy on a guy?
I don’t see a lot of gentlemen around anymore, not even on a daily basis, no one opens doors for you or even offers you a seat on the tube. I find it attractive when guys are just really nice and make an effort to talk to you.
What type of underwear do you prefer on a guy?
I love guys in dark, tight boxers.
If you’re on a date would you let the guy pay or would you pay?
I would rather us split the bill, I’m not going to sit there and expect you to pay for it all, but if they insist that’s cool.
