Pushing Through 2020.
A positive sign in uncertain times for the retail landscape, Belgian eyewear label KOMONO recently unveiled the opening of their new flagship store in the city of Antwerp, Belgium.
Collaborating with Berlin-based architectural studio AAS Gonzalez Haase on the design, the light and airy space was dreamt up with a gallery-like layout in mind using minimal materials, the clever placement of mirrors, translucent and opalescent features and repetitive shapes to achieve a seamless finish where the eyewear, watches and products take centre stage.
