Long Enough.
C.P. Company and Junya Watanabe have come together to release their first collection featuring two loose fishtail parkas. Debuting at Paris Fashion Week last summer, C.P. Company joins a batch of fellow collaborators in Junya Watanabe’s summer fiasco, including Palace, Stussy, and Carhartt WIP.
The two-piece range plays to C.P. Company’s strengths, intertwining technical aspects throughout. Cropping just below the waist, the jackets are finished in three layers of laminated cotton denim, along with three more layers of nylon canvas. Fisherman ropes are used as accents throughout, with the most prominent sitting beside two deep waist pockets. C.P.’s iconic explorer hood completes the look, fitted with a sinched wire across the back of the hood to protect wearers from the elements. A C.P.C. logo spans the back, with other obvious branding coming from the set of goggles attached to the hood.
The set of fishtail parkas is available in-store now at C.P. flagship stores in Milan, Tokyo, and Seoul.
