Songzio Opens Its First Boutique in Paris

By December 3, 2024Fashion News

Korea in Paris.

Korean fashion house Songzio has opened its first boutique in Paris, located at 10 rue Charlot in the heart of the Marais. Designed by Jay Songzio  and Paris-based architecture studio Hypnos XP, the boutique blends Parisian elegance with Korean modernism. Its striking neo-brutalist concrete façade contrasts with the historic Haussmannian surroundings, offering a bold yet serene space that reflects the brand’s philosophy of duality—a harmony of contrasts like light and darkness, boldness and tranquility, classical and avant-garde.
Inside, the boutique showcases Songzio’s creative process, with raw concrete and refined black oak creating a minimalist yet complex atmosphere. From a concrete staircase to the sculpted alcoves, indirect lighting, and mirrored panels it displays the designer’s sketches bringing the space to life. This thoughtfully designed boutique invites visitors to experience Songzio’s avant-garde vision in a setting that is as artistic as the collections themselves.
