PAUSE or Skip: Gucci’s Ultrapace Sneaker

Adding a new sneaker silhouette into its roster, Gucci recently unveiled its Ultrapace sneaker model.

Drawing inspiration from classic running shoes, the Ultrapace is crafted from a diverse mix of leathers and fabrics, with a hits of metallic leather, distressed suedes, reflective fabrics and mesh trims making the shoe a striking standout. First scene at Gucci’s AW19 runway show, the sneaker is accented with handed painted contrast detail on the sides, embroidered Gucci texts alongside interlocking G rubber detailing and Gucci’s vintage logo label.
