A sharp design.
Designer Tobias Birk Nielsen has reached out to eyewear specialists KAMO International to create a bold new pair of sunglasses. Made in Italy, the sunglasses feature a sharp rectangular design which is ridden with right angles as a single straight bar runs across the lenses and supports the nose.
This brutalist design is accompanied by a series of portraits. Titled Ego Theories PT.2, the series is shot by Michael C. Madsen who captures the sunglasses being worn alongside utilitarian garments. For the photos that don’t include a human subject, rocks and translucent plastic is used to help frame the glasses.
