Timberland x Uniform Display Announce The Black Leather 3-Eye Lugged Boot

By May 8, 2025Fashion News

London’s creative community, known as Uniform Display, links up with the American brand Timberland to give the streetwear shoe a leather gold logo edge.

Timberland’s 3-Eye Lugged Boat shoe has been a classic product within the brand, and more recently within the luxury fashion market in its collaboration with Jacquemus, a bright yellow version of the shoe.

Now reaching another market within the brand’s customer base, Timberland has joined Uniform Display, one of its collaborators in events and community projects. As the workwear conglomerate fuses its 1987 classic model with the Gen Z tastemakers of London and beyond (a community formed online and shared across the world), what is formed is the lug boot with a modern twist.

In its contemporary approach, Timberland has released the premium leather shoe in a black colourway with Uniform Display’s logo in gold foil on the sole and hangtag. The branding is in appreciation for the people who have supported, loved and worn Timberland within Uniform Display’s community. These people include trendsetters and stylistic individuals who utilise the company’s platform as an avenue to express their creativity.

The product features tanned leather lining and a gum lug sole, handsewn in the Dominican Republic by artisans nodding to the importance of culture and heritage within the iconic brand. This unique collaboration bridges the traditional craftsmanship of Timberland with a new generation of street style pioneers to tell the story of the brand’s history in the community.

“This project isn’t just about the shoe — it’s about recognition. It’s about honouring those who’ve written their own chapters into Timberland’s legacy. This is for the streets, by the streets.” — Uniform Display
