A sanctuary in the heart of the city.
Tucked discreetly in the heart of Westbourne Park, Mason & Fifth transcends definition. Some may call it a co-living operator; others, a home-from-home for both guests and locals. Simply put, it’s a peaceful, sustainable balance of private and communal living, for a life well-lived.
The space itself exudes serene confidence. As you enter, earthy tones and tactile materials meet soft natural light and a quietly luxurious ambience. There’s an ease to it all, an effortlessness that can only come from meticulous thought.

At the heart of Mason & Fifth lies its guiding principle – intentional, comfortable living for all. Nowhere is that more evident than in the details, from the calming scent drifting through the communal lounges to the low hum of ambient music in the listening room. The experience is immersive but never overbearing, a balance only a set few can achieve so greatly.
Wellness Suite:
As soon as you enter the space, it almost comes as second nature to breathe out and slow down, to inhabit the space rather than simply stay within it. The Grounding Massage, a signature one-hour treatment offered alongside the stay, exemplifies this ethos. An expertly choreographed blend of tailored pressure and stillness that leaves the body centred and the mind unhurried, courtesy of therapist Yasmina.

Canal Dining:
Dinner at the canal-side restaurant below unfolds with that same narrative, a sequence of flavours that mirrors the property’s creative ambition. A delicate composition of black figs, stracciatella and walnut opened the meal, followed by crab toast and bream crudo enlivened with mirabelle plum, chilli and sourdough served alongside smoked butter. Whether dining alone or with a group, the service felt personal and considered, with attentive staff checking in just enough, asking if everything was well or suggesting what to try next.
Each dish celebrated texture, contrast and accompaniment as much as taste. The bavette steak arrived perfectly seared, paired with a classic peppercorn sauce and crisp fries, while a feather-light tiramisu provided an indulgent yet elegant close to the evening.
Rooms:
And perhaps most importantly, the rooms, each with its own quiet character, continue this ongoing dialogue between design and function. The ‘Biggie’ studio epitomises Mason & Fifth’s approach: minimalist but never austere, offering everything one might need and nothing one doesn’t. Every detail felt intentional, practical and reassuring, from marble and walnut salt and pepper shakers to a thoughtful selection of teas, cutlery and fresh milk in the fridge.

Within its private quarters, a cinema room, listening lounge and guest living area create opportunities for both solitude and shared experience. Meanwhile, the wellness facilities, including a sauna, steam room, pool, gym and treatment centre, are designed not merely for recreation but for genuine restoration. In the buzz of London, this doesn’t go unnoticed.
What distinguishes Mason & Fifth is not extravagance but intent. Every gesture, every surface, every moment feels measured and meaningful. It’s a place that understands luxury not as abundance, but as alignment, where wellbeing, design and human connection coalesce with pure ease.
