WE ARE NOT FRIENDS Drops A New Collection

By March 31, 2026FASHION NEWS

Log-Off.

When everything happens through a screen, WE ARE NOT FRIENDS suggests the opposite: disconnect and come back to what’s real. The brand, known for its deliberately analogue aesthetic and  hand-drawn lettering, worn-out zines, retro graphics and the kind of imperfect imagery you find in everyday places rather than curated feeds,  has built a quiet but loyal following around a simple, countercultural idea: the most interesting things still happen away from the algorithm.

Their latest collection, Offline Is the Message, leans fully into that world. Graphics nod to retro cartoons, neighborhood block parties and DIY culture, with irony running through as a constant thread. On the garment side, the collection introduces workwear-influenced denim alongside the evolving cut & sew line — silhouettes shaped by Japanese design and craftsmanship, with subtle references to sashiko techniques that embrace texture, repair and the beauty of imperfection. Pieces built to be worn, used and kept. A cohesive drop from a brand that has always treated making something real as the whole point.
