Match Made In Heaven.
Stella McCartney just handed one of fashion’s most recognisable bags to one of music’s most compelling voices. Renée Rapp fronts the new Falabella campaign, and we are honestly living for it. The bag, first introduced in 2009, built its reputation on doing things differently: no leather, no fur, no exotic skins, ever. Crafted from vegan materials, lined with recycled polyester and finished with its signature chain in recycled brass and recyclable aluminium, the Falabella was conscious luxury before that phrase became a talking point.
The campaign lands fresh off Stella’s Paris show in March, where McCartney sent horses down the runway with a collecion that honestly is set to be a sold-out. The Falabella has always been the house’s must-have anchor: the diamond-cut chain, the soft slouchy silhouette, the kind of bag that works across generations without trying to. That cross-generational pull is exactly what this campaign leans into: an icon shaped by the past, worn now by someone who represents where fashion is going.
The Falabella family is available now at stellamccartney.com and in boutiques globally.
