Balenciaga Launches Collaboration with Manolo Blahnik

Balenciaga has officially launched its collaboration with Manolo Blahnik, first revealed as part of the Fall 2026 “Body and Being” collection.

Led by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli, the project brings together Balenciaga’s couture-driven approach with Blahnik’s long-standing footwear expertise across a trio of styles: a slingback, kitten heel and mule.

The collection draws from archival Manolo Blahnik silhouettes, reworked in silk satin and lined in Balenciaga’s signature grey leather. Crystal leaf embellishments drape across the upper, referencing both Blahnik’s jewellery-inspired detailing and archival Balenciaga bijoux from the 1960s.

Rather than pushing towards reinvention, the collaboration focuses on refinement and construction, centring craftsmanship, proportion and materiality. Campaign imagery reflects the same approach, presenting the shoes through close-up still life that emphasise texture and finish.

The collection is available now in selected Balenciaga stores worldwide and online.
