Here’s what we know so far.
Pharrell’s Paris hotel project is starting to take shape. The musician, designer and creative director’s ever-growing résumé is getting another update. Back in 2024, he teamed up with Mohari Hospitality and Omnam Investment Group to acquire the former Hôtel Saint-James & Albany in Paris. Now, two years later, we’re getting a much clearer look at what the trio has planned for the historic Parisian address.
Located on Rue de Rivoli overlooking the Tuileries Gardens, the property is set for quite the transformation. They’re going big. The 14,000-sqm space is planned to become a five-star hotel with 106 rooms and suites, alongside restaurants and bars, a swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities. Four private residences are also mentioned in the plans, each with its own entrance while retaining access to the hotel’s amenities.
Paris-based architecture firm Valode & Pistre, which has previously worked on the Bvlgari Hotel Paris, is overseeing the transformation, with the historic building set to be reworked for its next chapter.
Mind you, this isn’t Pharrell’s first venture into hospitality either. In 2021, he teamed up with David Grutman to open The Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach, although this Paris project is leaning much further into luxury.
There’s not yet any information on an official name or opening date, but we are most definitely keeping a close eye on the development of this project.
