Reworking Popular Trends.
Official Fake are a brand inspired by current trends and hyped brands; the clue is in their name. Described as “not only copy and paste, but also trying to make something different still with the same DNA”, their capsule collection consists of a rain coat, long sleeve, t-shirt and cap. The key piece from the collection is a black rain coat featuring a backprint consisting of the words ‘Ne Pour T’Aimer’, meaning ‘Born For Love’, with a snake print in between. This coat comes oversized, sitting below the knee with has taped seams, a hood with drawstrings, pockets and elongated arms. The collection also includes a long sleeve t-shirt with a snake sleeve print inspired by Gucci and their recent snake print trend and ‘GUGGI’ embroidered on the back. Official Fake will also be releasing a Vestements Distressed T-Shirt in the style of the Gucci logo t-shirts. The final piece in the collection is a dad cap available in both black and white featuring embroidery on both the front and back.
Prices range from $44 to $99 dollars and can be pre-ordered here, with shipment beginning in April.
