Hype are no strangers to the odd collaboration with names such as Represent and Topman already under their belt and no doubt a host more yet to come. However this time around they’ve managed to hook up an 18-piece capsule collection with major online retailer, Asos.
The collection consists of the street wear staples that Hype are well-known for but they’ve been stripped of the exuberant colour schemes they’re usually painted in. Black and white replace the intergalactic prints and psychedelic tie dyes. Instead we’re given monotone sweatshirts with arms covered in logos and emblems. Plain black Arabic script adorns the chest of white tee’s and bold box logo’s are front and centre. Accompanying the mini collection is a short grey-scale video highlighting a few of the pieces which you can check out below.
You can get your hands on the collection now over at ASOS.com.

This week we’ve teamed up with the contemporary label Malmo London which focuses on premium quality and print. Malmo London is a brand that has been brought over from Sweden and to the streets of London -where Scandinavian simplicity meets London skate wear. Premium ethos with street influences is where they pitch themselves, “the in-between”. Malmo London produces strictly limited quantities, every product is screen printed by hand, meaning that every item is unique and made in Kathmandu, Nepal.
