Yesterday saw the exclusive launch of the Lazy Oaf x Garfield SS14 collaboration – showcasing the love for their favourite cartoon cat, Garfield, created by Jim Davis. The presentation featured menswear and womenswear, characterized models from Models 1 and a soundtrack that kept us nodding from corner to corner. We at PAUSE were so impressed. Not just by the exciting and expressive collection but also the surprising set design that was presented on the night by Rosy Nicholas – making this one of the coolest presentations we’ve seen ever. Demonstrating an ultimate nineties iconic adventure – Lazy Oaf took us right back to the 90s.
The launch was held at Hoxton Arches, packed with bubbly fashion followers who were treated with tasty snacks & sassy cocktails. On the night we saw two well-dressed guys who our street style photographer Ella Austin PAUSED, there was so many trendy people but these guys stood out for us!
The collections features the lazy Garfield and scenes illustrated throughout the pieces to short & long-sleeved shirts, tote bags, caps, shorts, bags, iPhones cases and more.
