Kingston University has been renowned for it’s high quality of work in Graduate Fashion Week, and this year there was no disappointment, especially in womenswear, with Lauren Lake being featured heavily in the media after her collection. This isn’t to say that menswear was lacking this year, quite the opposite. As one of the final catwalks this GFW, there has been much anticipation to see what the future of fashion designers may have.
Isabelle Sallis’s collection was full of what looked like conceptual menswear – elaborate ponchos, down jackets, parkas and an incredible dropped shoulder overcoat. The whole collection maintained the same earthy green hue and there was plenty of baggy corduroy in there as well; another great collection.
