Kingston University has been renowned for it’s high quality of work in Graduate Fashion Week, and this year there was no disappointment, especially in womenswear, with Lauren Lake being featured heavily in the media after her collection. This isn’t to say that menswear was lacking this year, quite the opposite. As one of the final catwalks this GFW, there has been much anticipation to see what the future of fashion designers may have.
Trina played with silhouettes very well, with her oversized sweatshirts and over-shirts, to the use of an old-school-small-TV-backpack-accessory. The urban street collection was very modern, art inspired and had a Japanese vibe to it – with the materials used and the fit of the clothes. We loved this at PAUSE.
