MFW: Moncler Gamme Bleu SS15 Collection

Thom Browne’s other collection, Moncler Gamme Bleu, undoubtedly has his signature style. The collection was clearly inspired by the aesthetic around boxing.

The show itself was themed as a boxing ring with Thom Browne’s signature tri-colour trim being everywhere. The clothes were based on the high-waisted boxing shorts, decorated robes and laced up boots that characterise boxing-style. A lot of the silhouettes in the collection took after the signature silhouettes of Thom Browne’s own collection – but perhaps a more casual and sporty take. Glen-plaid, tartan and other signature details were key in this collection.
