With the U.S. open inching ever closer, Nike have dropped a new design to celebrate the sporting event. A sneaker that debuted in 1990, first worn by tennis superstar Andre Agassi, has been given a new up-to-date look that still maintains some of its classic style. The clean lines on the trainer reference the lines on the tennis court, and the red, white and blue hint perfectly to the American flag. A mixture of retro design and use of modern technology are perfectly harnessed to create a patriotic pair of trainers, that will fast become a classic design in years to come

Set for release on August 21st at Nikelab and is also now available at Mr Porter.
