The GQ Awards is that time of year to celebrate the many influential and outstanding men in all different areas such as film, fashion and sports. It was an evening for men to really show off their red carpet skills, breaking out their best outfits for the night of celebration.
Suits, ranging from classic three-piece rocked by a smouldering David Gandy, to a fashion forward wet-look suit jacket worn by Lewis Hamilton, teaming it with high-top sneakers, were diverse at last night’s event.
Some men shunned the classic black, three-piece tux in favour of more modern colours. Jamie Dornan, the star of up-coming film 50 Shades of Grey, opted for a blue suit that stood out among the sea of black. Douglas Booth, looked suave and dapper in a well-tailored black suit, teaming it with a traditional bow tie.
Whilst some chose to flout tradition only slightly, Pharrell decided to rock up wearing ripped jeans, a camouflage biker jacket, and customised Chanel boots, completely standing out among his famous peers.
