NYFW: Tim Coppens SS15 Show

Solid collection from the futurist designer.

Following in the grand tradition of fellow Belgian minimalists such as Raf Simons and Martin Margiela, Tim Coppens returns with a strong collection for SS15. As we’ve come to expect from Coppens, the collection focuses heavily on sportswear rendered in technical fabrics and dark colours, and whilst avant-garde in its tendencies, it does appear immediately wearable. Highlights include a raft of pared down bomber jackets, and some unexpected splashes of colour towards the end.
