Will.i.am made a special appearance at Bloomingdale’s in New York City on Black Friday. The Grammy award winner and entrepreneur opened the store, after which he gave an exclusive consumer showcase of his buzzed about PULS smartwatch. During the event the musician did an in-store DJ-set, which he controlled from his wrist using his PULS smartwatch. Will calls the concept of his wristband that represents the intersection between fashion and technology “fashionology.” Consumers also received information on the release of the PULS. The device has its own SIM card, which allows you to make phone calls, send texts and go online without having to connect with any smartphone. You can also run custom Android apps on it.
