Iconic shopping mall BOXPARK expands the brand as they announce the launch of @BOXPARK Croydon. The current BOXPARK shopping mall is based in Shoreditch and has been for some years. Croydon is a place which we all seem to forget, rumoured the next top place in the future, BOXPARK have already got their hands in and will launch in summer 2016. The new @BOXPARK Croydon will be constructed from shipping containers, but this time there will be 80 units and a covered courtyard for their year-round events. They will also be offering a click and collect service, BOXPARK Marketplace will allow customers to physically shop for products in stores, as well as purchase and share items online and on their mobile.
Boxpark’s founder and CEO Roger Wade said: “Croydon is one of the last London boroughs to be developed. Stratford, White City and Nine Elms have all seen recent new developments. I want everyone to re-think their view of Croydon. It’s the home of Kate Moss, Tracey Emin, and now Boxpark!”
