Graphic Design Internship
You will need to be a creative and hard-working graphic designer, who has good technical ability in designing print magazine layouts and producing any other graphical images for online. This role is working from home but you will meet the Editor/Art Director twice a week for updates.
Requirements:
- Technical software skills (Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator)
- Creative flair, enthusiasm and keen interest in male fashion and magazine design
- Time management and ability to work to deadlines on several different projects
- Open to feedback and willing to make appropriate changes to designs
Advertising Sales Assistant
You will be contacting media agencies and building relationships with brands, deciding right adverts suitable for print and online. You will also work on ways to create different advertising revenues and research information, brands and present report findings. This role is working from home but you will meet the editor/team twice a week to work from office.
Requirements:
- Experience & qualifications in advertising, business or sales
- Possess strong analytical and numerical skills
- Professional telephone manner and good communications skills
- Interest in fashion advertising and able to Identify potential advertisers
- Able to get eye-catching ads for the magazine
- Keep track of sales deadlines and ad sizes, shapes, frequency
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with PR/Media agencies/ Advertising Agencies/Fashion Clients
Marketing/PR Internship
You will need to be loyal, driven and motivated and have the ability to market PAUSE across all aspects of the marketing and PR. This role is working from home but you will meet the editor/team twice a week to work from office.
Requirements:
- Experience & qualifications in marketing, PR or business
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting market trends
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
- Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
- In charge of the distribution of the magazine, which includes subscriptions and newsstand management
- Marketing the brand (PAUSE) through online/print media; blogs, social media, magazines, and more
Street Style Photographers
We are looking for a freelance street style photographer to take photographs of stylish males once every two weeks.
- Must have some passion for men’s fashion
- Fashion photography experience
- Ability to take good/quality photographs
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Owns a photographer camera (Good quality)
Event Photographers
We are looking for some freelance event photographers to attend networking/fashion events and more to take photography footage for PAUSE.
- Fashion photography experience
- Ability to take good/quality photographs
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Owns a photographer camera (Good quality)
Videographer/Editor Internship
You will be apart of the video production of PAUSE, producing video content frequently via YouTube. You will need to have your own camera and be able to video and edit content via Adobe Premier/Final Cut Pro.
Requirements:
- Understanding and experience in video/editing software
- Knowledge of motion graphics
- Keen eye for detail and creative flair
- Good at turning written ideas into something of visual impact
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately to set deadlines
- Creating/developing short fashion films
- Filming all interviews, photoshoots, street style and more
- Portfolio of video editing work
Online Editor Internship
This internship requires you to work from home and in office, but if you are located out-side London you wouldn’t have to come into office.
Requirements:
- Must have some passion for men’s fashion
- Keen interest and understanding of writing
- Ability to re-write, proof read and edit copy to improve readability online
- English/Journalism qualifications
- Must have an online blog/website or some blogging experience
- Must be reliable, hardworking and fast with editing articles
Features Editor Internship
You will be writing features for online and print, contributing to online content style and working with editors. This role is working from home but you will meet the editor/team twice a week to work from office.

- Strong interest in writing fashion features/stories that are engaging and informative
- Keen interest and understanding of writing
- Ability to re-write, proof read and edit copy to improve readability online
- English/Journalism qualifications

You will be writing for our grooming section for online and the print issue/s – writing features, reviews and news on men’s grooming.

- Strong interest in grooming, hair and keeps updated with the latest grooming news
- Keen interest and understanding of writing
- Ability to re-write, proof read and edit copy to improve readability online
- English/Journalism qualifications
- Must have an online blog/website or some blogging experience
