PAUSE takes a look at one of LCM’s first offerings: the Topman Design show.
Inspired by our very own British seaside and showcasing a celebration of all things British, it features the latest in textured grey suits, pink embroidered bombers and palm print puffer jackets. The ‘Dirty Weekend’ collection draws influences from 80’s subcultures such as the mod rockers and teddy boys – ensuring that there’s something for everyone.
It also incorporates British sport into its beachwear garments, featuring an exciting update of textured polo shirts and shorts as well as rugby shirts and suits made entirely of swimwear fabrics. Staying true to its apparent seaside theme, print features a number of graphic odes to our favourite seaside towns including Margate, Blackpool and Torquay. The jewellery accompanying each look was designed by German born Husam el Odeh.
