Our Legacy goes post-punk for SS17.
Taking a leaf out of the ’90’s punk trend’ book, Swedish brand Our Legacy have ensured that their Spring/Summer Lookbook is as punk as it gets. Founders of the label, Jockum Hallin and Christopher Nying, created a collection inspired by elements of traditionally ‘masculine’ subcultures, including motocross and the era of post-punk.
As a result, the collection features a range of floral over-sized shirts, sleek black biker-esque jackets and checked prints paired with snakeskin brogues. It also incorporates tweed bombers and grunge-y purple V-necks as well as PVC black jackets. The overall silhouette is slouchy, relaxed and the epitome of punk casual – if that were ever a thing…
