Archival Esprit designs revisited.
Opening Ceremony and Esprit have joined forces to create this exciting collection of clothing that scream 1980’s but in that modern, trendy way. Esprit are no stranger to a collaboration, as their extensive run of them alongside promoting social consciousness is what has built the brand we know today. OC founders Carol Lim and Humberto Leon were heavily influenced by the iconic brand throughout the 80s and 90s, so wanted to recreate some of the era’s utterly iconic pieces for the modern generation. Using innovative fabrics, the collection includes graphic tees, cozy outerwear and athletic-inspired staples, all with the same healthy helping of heavy branding that was so popular in the 80s-90s. Opening Ceremony hope that this collaboration will help to recapture the original essence of the Esprit brand.
