Marc Johnson, an American professional skateboarder and founder of the Enjoi skateboard brand, has just been treated to his own special model of the classic adidas Matchcourt Mid as a Global Pro team rider for adidas Skateboarding. The blue sneaker features an upper made from pig nubuck, rubber toe cap, vulcanized rubber sole unit and gold MJ branding can be seen text to adidas’ three stripes. The colour blue represents the University of North Carolina and it is a nod to Marc Johnson’s skateboarding roots. The adidas Matchcourt Mid x Marc Johnson is now available at selected retailers and adidas Skateboarding’s online shop.
