A Rare Appearance

Jay Z worked as an executive producer on a new documentary, TIME: The Kalief Browder Story. He attended the TIME AND PUNISHMENT: A Town Hall Discussion event in New York to discuss the documentary about 16-year-old Kalief Browder who the American justice system tragically failed. Jay Z stated that “his death is here to teach us to save a generation of kids. It’s hard to watch, but important to see.” He kept his outfit simple, wearing a grey John Elliott hoodie, black bomber jacket, black jeans, black adidas sneakers and a Richard Mille watch.
