A$AP Ferg releases Traplord x Uniform collaboration for kids in need.

Being a philanthropist is nothing new for Harlem’s A$AP Ferg as he collaborated with the fashion brand, Uniform for a responsible Traplord x Uniform collection which works for children in need. Previously, the rapper donated an A$AP Yams mural for a charity art auction back in March. Including a logo tee, hoodie, military shirt, camo jacket and bucket hat, the 10-piece limited edition capsule strives to help children in need as Ferg recently visited Liberia and encountered the influence of Uniform’s mission to sell clothing in order to provide school uniforms for local children in need.

Ferg spoke to Vogue about his new collaboration. “These uniforms are really how you decipher the kids in Africa. You see a lot of them in the streets because they can’t afford a uniform and therefore can’t go to school. Providing them with free uniforms not only enables these kids to get an education, but I think it makes them happy and empowered — I’m a strong believer in dressing the way you want to be.”

Buy a piece of the collection from Bloomingdale’s website now to help provide a school uniform for a kid in need. Full collections for men and women will launch next month on Traplord and Uniform’s websites.
