The Scottish gin maker, Wild Thyme Spirits has launched Colonsay Gin Bramble. It’s a blackberry-based liqueur that is rich with a striking colour.
Recommended over ice or even topped with Prosecco.
Known much more for gin, Fynoderee are based on the Isle of Man. It’s their first vodka and its filled with Summer flavours such as strawberry and honey.
Soft and smooth, can be enjoyed neat or in a Summer cocktail.

Suggested is a Reggae Rum Punch which is perfect for this time of year. 25ml Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum, 50ml orange juice, 50ml pineapple juice, 15ml grenadine, 20ml fresh lime juice, garnish with pineapple wedge and mint sprig garnish.
