A modern take on a classic silhouette.
PUMA has recently teamed up with BTS, a Korean boy band to deliver a modern take on the brands iconic Basket model.
With logo’s designed specifically by the band themselves featured on the outsoles and the heel caps, Puma’s basket sneaker dons a mostly white upper crafted from premium leather, with black and gold features visible on the tongue and other insignias. Speaking on the campaign, PUMA’s Global Brand Marketing Global Director, Adam Petrick expressed “We are very happy to grow with BTS and hope to roll-out meaningful campaigns with them in the future just like we have been doing for the last four years.”
The BTS x PUMA Basket model is expected to drop September 1st and will be available at PUMA Flagship stores and select retailers worldwide. For now, take a look at the “PUMA Basket Made By BTS” campaign in the images below:
