PAUSE Eats: La Mia Mamma

By September 4, 2018Fashion News, Lifestyle, Restaurant

La Mia Mamma is a new concept in dining. This restaurant is on the King’s Road just a short walk from Sloane Square tube. The Italian eatery celebrates a particular region of Italy every 3 months.

This also includes flying over a Mamma from that region to cook in the restaurant and share their own recipes. During our meal, Pause was given little treats by the Mamma in between courses.

We had Mamma’s menu for 2 people. There are a few options on this menu. Our meal included an Aperol spritz, antipasti to share, a pasta dish and a pudding with coffee. My Oven baked rigatoni with beef Bolognese sauce was delicious but left enough room (after a break) to have the Coconut mousse and Nutella with my coffee. Staff are on hand and excited to explain the menu as well as more information about Italian food.

The next region will be announced soon.

Over time, all 20 regions will be covered. Here’s to eating your way around an entire country without leaving London.
