Thanks to ‘Interview’ Magazine the American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer that is Young Thug linked up with the American fashion designer, DJ, and music producer, Virgil Abloh, in order to produce an exclusive interview.
In the previously mentioned conversation the two touched upon many topics but for those who are interested in fashion, the most exciting part of the interview is when Virgil reveals what source of inspiration he is going to draw from when creating his next Louis Vuitton collection.
Specifically, Abloh stated: “My next Louis Vuitton collection is going to be based on Michael Jackson, and when I have Michael singing in the background.” This is, of course, interesting to hear and it’s a shame that more details haven’t been specified as the iconic artist leaves plenty of room for fashionable creativity. I guess we will have to wait and see what we have in store for us but surely graphics, red leather, sequined pieces, military aesthetics and a Trilby are on the way.
