A Collaborative First.
Japanese footwear brand ASICS recently unveiled their latest collaborative efforts, tapping the talents of iconic British fashion label Vivienne Westwood to interpret five of their trainer styles to be released throughout 2019.
The first-ever partnership between the duo, their debut release from the collection sees the revered GEL-KAYANOTM 5 OG arriving in a red/orange combination – a nod to the original colourways of Vivienne Westwood’s archive Squiggle print. Featuring an interior lining of the aforementioned print, the style sees ASICS branding on the tongue and the Vivienne Westwood multi-coloured orb embroidered on the back.
