Yet Another Court Case.
No stranger to copycat controversy, Virgil Abloh’s label Off-White is being sued for trademark infringement by a New York based creative agency called OffWhite.
As per reports from The Fashion Law, the NYC based agency claims that their own trademarked name ‘OffWhite’ is being infringed upon by Virgil’s label of the same name and are seeking both monetary damages for business lost as well as the barring of ‘Off-White’ from further using the name.
