After annAbloh’s the release of the Off-White™ x Nike Vapor Street, Virgil Abloh’s Off-White™ label and Nike are back with a new collection of sport-inspired apparel.

Titled ‘Athlete in Progress,’ the collection, which is a nod to the unbreakable confidence that’s often found runners and athletes, draws inspiration from the sportswear brands rich heritage in track and field. With a campaign that features athletes such as Dina Asher-Smith, English Gardner, Vashti Cunningham, Cecilia Yeung, Katarina Johnson-Thompson plus more, the capsule is made up of performance products such as running bottoms and tops, shorts, track jackets, as well as bags and the Off-White™ x Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 5 sneaker.

Speaking on the collection and the SS20 runway show which saw the pieces debuted for the first time, Virgil Abloh says “I started talking with Nike about this women’s running project last summer, and at the time, I was very much inspired by the aesthetic and style of track and field athletes. As a result, I invited some of Nike’s elite track and field champions to participate in my SS19 Off-White™ runway show as the natural forerunner to developing and showcasing the collection.”

The collection is expected to hit shelves November 14th, take a look at the campaign images below:
