While we all remember the H&M collaboration, #BALMAINATION, and, of course, the Kardashian laden days of luxury label Balmain, Olivier Rousteing has opted to turn the clock back even further with his pre-fall 2020 menswear offering, taking us to the house’s tailoring foundations with his latest release.

Understanding there’s a whole generation who’ve yet to experience Balmain’s traditional strength, the drop offers up a range of sharp, staple suiting options while never losing the maximalist touch the house is synonymous with. Wardrobe building traditional tailored pieces in navy, black and grey are complemented by fur coats, chunky cable knits and a predictable abundance of heavily embellished pieces.
