With a very evident predilection for the horse this season, Italian powerhouse Gucci recently unveiled their spring/summer 2020 collection campaign which puts the working animal front and centre throughout the selection of images.

Approaching their latest release in as whimsical a fashion as ever, Alessandro Michele tapped the talents of photographer/ director Yorgos Lanthimos to bring his vision to life. While the significance of the horses represents is left to the viewer to determine, the label points to the mirroring of the creatures as symbols of freedom and their own liberating SS20′ offering.
