Dropping amongst the flurry of autumn/winter lookbooks and spring/summer campaigns, SELF MADE’s latest visual offering gives us a look at their pending collection which turns to the little known “Urban Cowboy” for inspiration.
An American subculture stemming from New Orleans, the referenced cowboys parade the streets every weekend in their “Sunday Best” while adorned in jewels and chains showcasing unapologetic authenticity and pride in homage to their ancestry. The Russian label looks to these traits for its latest drop both in its message, and aesthetically in the Ilaria Ieie captured lookbook.
