The brand's first-ever genderless collection.
Taking its unisex approach to creating footwear and applying it to garments, Converse just launched its first-ever genderless apparel collection.
Creating unisex silhouettes for modern consumers, the collection which is dubbed “SHAPES” features designs that are informed by body shapes instead of being created for a specific gender. Focusing on size rather than personal identity, the range will include five pieces that will be available only in four sizes, a far cry from the 14 sizes which are conventional in men’s and women’s collections. Also taking a sustainable approach, all pieces in the collection will be constructed using a blend of recycled cotton and virgin cotton.
Converse’s SHAPES collection will be releasing this summer and will be available to shop on the Converse website.
