Continuing his venture with Evian, Virgil Abloh and Evian recently announced the extension of their ‘Active Movement’ competition – a project that encourages young designers to flex their design skills with a sustainability-focused project.
With $54,000 up for grabs by the winner of the competition, this competition is one of the initiatives that has stemmed from Virgil Abloh’s appointment as Creative Advisor for Sustainable Innovation Design with the water brand which saw the release of reusable glass bottles, as well as a limited-edition shoulder bag and box set.

The times we are living in now are a striking reminder of our impact on nature and the fragility of our planet. The current global efforts of social distancing and shelter-in-place have brought to light the positive impact we’ve already made on the environment, since we can observe a decrease of carbon emissions across the globe over the past few weeks.⠀ ⠀ We believe that positive actions and positive impact should last forever. This is why over the course of recent years we have been working towards our goal of achieving global carbon neutrality 👣. We are proud to share that we are now certified and are forevermore committed to creating a sustainable future that we can live and thrive in 💙⠀ ⠀ Find out more about what it means to be globally carbon neutral on evian.com.⠀ ⠀ #evian #CarbonNeutral #positivedrops
