Bodega Rose is Raffling a Jordan 1 Planter for the COVID Bail Out Fund

"silence is not acceptable."

Design Studio Bodega Rose, which creates vases often inspired by fashion, is running a raffle to support the COVID Bail Out Fund. 100% of profits from the raffle will be going to the organisation which provides bail to the medically vulnerable currently held in jails in New York, an issue that disproportionally affects people of colour.

The piece in question is a planter inspired by the Nike Jordan 1 Retro High and Travis Scott collaborative sneaker, featuring the backwards swoosh that made the shoe an instant hit.

Writing on Instagram, Bodega Rose stated “Silence is not acceptable. America owes so much to the black community; I owe so much to the black community. Thank you for giving so much to the world… I also will be donating daily to foundation to support black businesses, safety and health and the protest efforts.”

Enter the raffle here, which costs $20 to enter.
