An ironic design.
Once again presenting his sense of humour, Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele has created a range of bags featuring the labels iconic monogram motif with the word “FAKE” printed in a bold yellow across the front.
The new bags take one of the Italian house’s most recognisable items and subvert its status as a luxury statement through the ironic print. The back of the bumbag includes the word “NOT” under a brown leather belt, continuing to poke fun at the phenomenon of counterfeit goods.
Retailing at £785, is this bumbag a PAUSE or Skip? Let us know!
