Leading global sports-fashion retailer, JD, has pulled out all the stops this year enlisting an A-list cast for their 2020 Christmas campaign and revealing their Queen of JD, music mega-star Rita Ora.
Enlisting a whole host of talent like Aitch, Maja Jama, Wizkid, Anthony Joshua and Mabel for the campaign, the sportswear giant has showcased its offerings of comfy athleisure and must-have accessories. Each star is kitted out in the latest head-to-toe streetwear looks that deliver both style and comfort this Christmas. Discussing the campaign, Rita Ora, ‘Queen of JD’, says:
I’m obsessed with trainers and streetwear and I’ve shopped in JD ever since I was a kid, so to star in their Christmas campaign and be crowned the Queen of JD is a big deal for me- I can’t wait to see the new campaign on TV! I hope everyone can take some style inspiration from our comfy Christmas looks this year and see that even if you’re at home, you can still look glamorous and add some festive sparkle to the season.”
In the campaign, the retailer showcases a roster of the biggest brand and sports products. Across a re-imagined urban winter wonderland, we see Virgil Van Dijk as a giant urban cityscape, Anthony Joshua in a virtual boxing ring, Michael Dapaah amongst a super-sized tracksuit and Rita Ora, atop a golden throne lined with sneakers in the fantasy JD world.
