Adidas Y-3 Classic Run

The longstanding collaborative line between Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto and Adidas has entered the vogue for bulky midsoles through its own perspective. Keeping things minimal, this monochrome sneaker includes two midsole units, partially split with a protruding black section.

Nike Overbreak

The Nike overbreak is one of the label’s most eye-catching models, which means that even in this relatively muted colourway it still looks almost extra-terrestrial. The bulky textured midsole partially swallows up the upper which resembles a classic Nike sneaker and creates a bold look.

Toga Virilis Metallic-Detail Slippers

To address the elephant in the room, these slippers are not sneakers. However, when Toga Virilles release slippers of this calibre it is impossible not to add them to the sneaker roundup. The clog-shaped shoe features silver hardware on the strap and around the upper which is reminiscent of the details used on classic cowboy attire.
